Hi all,
What are my thoughts about the Polish meetings:
I can honestly say that the 161 division meeting has to be the ultimate
meeting for me and if you have never been to Poland or a Polish meeting
before then I really recommend you go. Their hospitality and the kindness
from all the Polish people is really out of this world. The meeting
organisers are always very helpful and kind and really make sure that you
have no problems during your stay.
I have attended 5 meetings in the past but sadly over the last 3 years it
has been impossible for me to attend due to my job commitments. The Polish
people have always been very friendly and have always welcomed me to their
country since my very first visit back in 1995. I have made many friends
in Poland and it is with great delight that I will return to my second
home along with my family for the planned meeting in Krakow this year.
A message to all my friends in Poland and around the world:
I am really looking forward to seeing you all again and having a beer or
two. See you all in May!

Here is mine.
Since 1995 i come to Poland, the 1st meeting i attend was in Sarnowek, a
wonderful location and organized by jack, 161-AT-025, it was a real
wonderful meeting, i was so impressed by the Polish welcome and atmosphere
there, we did arrive with +- 10h delay because of big traffic problems in
EX EAST GERMANY where they did work on all possible streets, hi hi,
straight after the welcome applause that 2Belgium card did make this far
trip we were already on the dance floor for the rest of the night. It was
wonderful, i never did have so much fun and friendship on a meeting. So my
decision was made, this was my 1st trip to Polska but for shore not my
last, i had in mind to come back every year, with some breaks because some
reason we were not there on all meetings, this is life, hi hi, the first
other meeting i did like very much was in Soczewka, a wonderful place
situated in a green area near to a lake, in wonderful hot weather we did
have a great time there, good organized, fantastic fun and dance, meet new
and old friends, again the time of my life and the most important is that
on that meeting in 2000 millennium i did find also the love of my life,
Agnieszka SQ5FWW, this is amazing, another international radio couple was
born on a meeting, it is now 2004 we are still together and on 28 August
this year we get married, bravo bis bis. you see it is not only Nokia who
connect people. The one thing that was a pity is that year by year the
meeting went down a bit by interest, people that leave the AT group
because of no agree with some Rules,just like me, i finish my membership
at year 2000, my call was 16-AT-585, i think many remember this, hi hi.
Good idea was than from Mark to make international DX-ers meeting for all
groups, this was again a very good meeting, good atmosphere, nice disco
evening with grill and video projection on the wall outside, great time we
did have there. So in this next meeting i see again a big success, a new
location who offers much more possibilities to visit around the meeting,
Krakow is a very nice city.... a new team who work together, so this will
be for shore a big success and a hotel who looks nice and offers cheap
prices, all this i hope will make it a big success, for shore Agnieszka,
myself, my brother in law and his girlfriend and my mother in law will be
there and also possible my friend Ricky 16-TWS-111 who was already at
Soczewka 2001 will be coming. Poland is a nice country, with beautiful
places and nice people, i have since few years the time of my life in
Poland, and i am very often in Poland, almost every 3 weeks, for that i
have already some time also my Polish call 161SD101, my Belgium call is
16-SD-101. My Polish Hamcall is SO5TWS. That's all so far, i can say to
all who read this, come to this meeting, Poland is beautiful, friendly and
szalony, hi hi.

Hi all,
I would like to say to all many thanks for the wonderfull time at the
meeting, as useual you made me feel very welcome.
Meeting was perfect, food was perfect, crakow was perfect, and of course
beer was perfect Lol.
Many thanks to Anna and Woytek for there hospitality and driving me to
many places.
I will see you all again next year, many thanks to all AT'S for the warm
welcome for all SD Members at the meeting.

Hi FMs,
The Polish AT Meeting it's already ended. I had the honour to be there. It
has been a fantastic Meeting. All the people there were very nice. The
atmosphere of FRIENDSHIP was fantastic. It has been the first Meeting in
which I did felt that we were all as a big family. No matter the Group we
belong to, I felt we all were as friends. This is the real spirit for the
people on the Radio. For the last days in this beautiful country I am at
Gregory's house. Also a beautiful place and very friendly people. Only one
thing to clear everybody's idea about me leaving AT: the reason was ONLY
to do with 30AT Division, nothing else.
Many thanks to the organization' team. Over all: many thanks for the
friendship I did get from all of you attending the Meeting. You did make
me feel very happy for being here in Poland with all of you.
Hope some day we can meet in Spain.To all those I met in the Meeting: you
are fantastic. Thanks for everything.
